Jewel of the Nile - Gemini Shifting alcohol inks are somewhat sheer and they are Gemini, which means they're dual-shifting in color and have a very fine sparkle (like stars)! They can be used alone, or layered for creating beautiful gemstone looks. These need to be floated with 100% acetone ONLY, over a matte top coat.
