The Fall Rich Regals Whipped Cream collection is part of our Fall-O-Ween product release. These gel paints are highly pigmented and have the look of whipped cream in the jar, which creates a beautiful puffy texture on the nail surface. 
 
They’re perfect for scroll work as they cure to a tack-free finish. They’ll also hold your chrome powders BEAUTIFULLY and provide a rich finish to any art work. They are a dimensional embossing paint and not meant to be top coated  

60-90 second cure in the LED lamp. Available in pastel, solid, neon, and metallic colors, as well.
