The artistic matte top gel is designed for use when layering several art techniques. Its thin viscosity prevents the nail from getting bulky when doing mixed media techniques. When applying, this needs to be applied in very thin coats (especially over light colors) or it will yellow when curing.
Cures to a flat finish that chrome and other pigments will not stick to. Perfect for alcohol inks for superior blending. Non tacky finish, does not need to be wiped.
